Four lifelong friends who ruled the party scene in their youth as the "Bioman" kings of excess now lead well-ordered lives, but every year they reunite for the WEB: the Bioman Weekend, a reunion that brings out their old wild selves. They drink and sing with all the pathos of a bad karaoke performance, embracing the phrase "transmutation" as an excuse to indulge in their newfound maturity.
