While on the run from goons, a man and his nephew fall for a kidnapper's seductive widow, entangling them in a complex web of love, friendship, and betrayal. Set against the backdrop of a rural Indian village, the film is a dark comedy that deftly navigates its way through themes of unrequited love, double-crosses, and redemption, with three standout performances from Naseeruddin Shah, Vidya Balan, and Arshad Warsi at its core.
