Our Brand Is Crisis

In this biting satire, American political consultants Calamity Jane Bodine and Pat Candy are dropped into the midst of Bolivia's turbulent 2002 presidential election. With a misfit candidate at their helm, they must navigate the treacherous world of Bolivian politics and cultural differences to win over the indigenous majority. As they employ unorthodox tactics, including smear campaigns and crisis declarations, Bodine must confront her own cynicism and the true cost of her work.
