Parador Húngaro

The film "Parador Húngaro" (2014) tells the story of a friendship between two men from different generations and backgrounds who connect over their shared experiences in their homelands, one a Hungarian soldier who escapes to the West in the 1950s, and the other whose father was a U.S. soldier who runs to the East in the 1990s. Their paths cross in Bogotá, Colombia, where they form an unlikely bond over memories of their shared land but vastly different times.
