Sylvester Stallone stars as FBI Agent Jake Malloy, a man consumed by tragedy after his girlfriend becomes the victim of a crazed serial killer targeting cops for death. Coerced into signing up for a rehab program at a remote clinic, Malloy soon finds himself in a desperate cat-and-mouse game with the same killer, who has infiltrated the facility disguised as one of its own. As a blizzard seals everyone inside, tensions rise and bodies start to pile up, threatening to destroy what little hope these troubled law enforcement officers have found.
