The 1947 American portmanteau comedy drama film "Christmas Eve" follows eccentric Matilda Reed, whose greedy nephew Philip seeks to have her judged incompetent so he can administer her wealth. To save her, three of her long-lost adopted sons - Michael (George Brent), Mario (George Raft), and Jonathan (Randolph Scott) - must reunite with her on Christmas Eve.
