A Mighty Wind

Three eclectic folk bands reunite for a television performance in honor of their late manager, who died and left behind a legacy of nostalgic music and faded fame. The Folksmen, The New Main Street Singers, and Mitch & Mickey have not performed together in decades, but they agree to reunite for the benefit of Irving Steinbloom's children, hoping to bring back some glory to their once-thriving careers. As they rehearse and reminisce about past glories, old tensions and romantic feelings resurface, threatening to derail the performance. In the end, music prevails as the three groups come together for a rousing finale that brings back memories of bygone days and revives the spirit of American folk music.
