A reporter, Jo Min-kyeong, stumbles upon a cursed surveillance video cassette in the prosecutor's office archive and begins to investigate its connection to two gruesome murders from the past. The graphic footage of these crimes is too intense for public release, but as Seo Hyun-woo's character, Producer Kim, helps her produce a documentary about it, they delve into the dark history behind the video, which includes 1992's Dongseong-gwang brothel murder and 1987's Ami-dong family massacre.
