The Kangaroo Conspiracy

Marc-Uwe Kling (as Kangaroo/voice), Dimitrij Schaad (as Marc-Uwe Kling), Rosalie Thomass (as Maria Schlabodnik), Petra Kleinert (as Lisbeth Schlabodnik), and Tim Seyfi (as Otto-Von) star in this comedy about a cabaret artist who makes a bet with his flatmate, a kangaroo, to win back his mother-in-law from her climate crisis denial. The two embark on a trip to the Conspiracy Convention in Bielefeld, where they become part of a tangible conspiracy led by Adam Krieger and his followers. Along the way, Marc-Uwe and the kangaroo must navigate fake news, capitalism, socialism, and their own relationships, all while trying to bring Lisbeth back to reality.
