Victor Frankenstein

In 19th century London, medical student Victor Frankenstein (James McAvoy) creates a grotesque creature in an unorthodox scientific experiment, aided by his rescued and loyal assistant Igor Straussman (Daniel Radcliffe). As they push the boundaries of science, Inspector Roderick Turpin (Andrew Scott) views their work as heretical, while Finnegan (Freddie Fox), a wealthy classmate, offers funding for a more ambitious experiment. Victor's creation leads to chaos, and he is forced to flee with Igor, who reconnects with his past love Lorelei (Jessica Brown Findlay). The film follows the transformation of Igor from a mistreated circus performer to the assistant of Victor Frankenstein as they navigate their work in a quest to create life.
