New Year's Evil

A 1980 slasher film that puts the "punk" in punk-rock, New Year's Evil follows a radio DJ who receives threatening phone calls from a killer claiming he'll murder someone at each US time zone as the clock strikes midnight, with a series of gruesome murders unfolding across Los Angeles. But nothing is as it seems, and the true horror may not be the killer himself, but his twisted motivations and family dynamics that drive him to madness.
