A young Ukrainian athlete from a modest provincial town aspires to compete on the world stage at the Olympic Games, but her dreams are shattered in a tragic car accident that leaves her nearly blind. As she struggles to come to terms with her new reality, Oksana must decide whether to give up or fight back, using determination, dignity, and resilience to rebuild her body and identity as a Paralympic athlete. With the help of a dedicated coach, she begins an incremental journey towards recovery, facing setbacks, humiliations, and doubt along the way.
