Jack Killoran (Jon Voight), a well-connected lawyer known as a "fixer" who can resolve any issue for his wealthy clients through bribery or blackmail, begins to question his morals after miraculously surviving a riding accident that could have been fatal, putting him at odds with some of those clients.
