To Catch a Killer

On New Year's Eve in Baltimore, a series of gruesome mass murders shakes the city as an unknown marksman targets partygoers from a high-rise apartment. FBI Agent Geoffrey Lammark leads the investigation, but his team's efforts are hindered by incompetent management and a rookie cop's unconventional insight. As the death toll rises, Eleanor Falco, a talented but troubled young officer, is recruited to join Lammark's team, and together they unravel the complex web of clues that lead them to the killer, Dean Possey.
