A young divorcee, Nahid (Sareh Bayat), navigates her personal and societal challenges in a small northern Iranian city as she seeks to marry the man she loves despite a custody arrangement that prohibits remarriage. Struggling to balance her relationships with her son and the man she wants to marry, Nahid must consider Temporary Marriage, a legal but socially frowned-upon option. This film, directed by Ida Panahandeh, explores themes of love, family, and societal pressure in contemporary Iran.
