Black Dawn

Steven Seagal stars as Jonathan Cold, a former-CIA agent hired by Michael Donovan (Julian Stone) and his brother James Donovan (John Pyper-Ferguson) to sell parts for a small nuclear bomb to Chechen terrorist leader Nicholi, with the goal of preventing a bombing in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Jonathan's former protégée Amanda Stuart (Tamara Davies) is caught spying on the Donovans, and he rescues her, leading them into a high-stakes chase to stop the terrorists and save the city.
