Pokémon: Jirachi - Wish Maker

Ash Ketchum, May, Brock, and Max attend the festival of the Wishing Star of Seven Nights, where they meet Jirachi, a Legendary Pokémon with the power to grant any wish. However, a magician named Butler seeks to use its power to resurrect the ancient Pokémon Groudon, unaware of the dangers hidden within Jirachi's powers. With the help of Absol and their friends, Ash and Max must stop Butler and prevent him from harnessing Jirachi's energy. In the end, Jirachi uses its power to destroy a fake Groudon created by Butler, saving the day, but not before reminding Max that they will always be friends.
