The Evictors

The Evictors is a 1979 American horror film written and directed by Charles B. Pierce. A young couple, Ben and Ruth Watkins, move into an eerie house in rural Louisiana, unaware of its violent history. The home was once the site of unsolved homicides from years prior, and soon the couple is terrorized by a mysterious man on their property. Vic Morrow plays Jake Rudd, a real estate agent who sells the home to Ben and Ruth.
