In 1990, Ralph LaVie (Dean Cameron), a 400-year-old vampire, is determined to break the curse that has kept his one true love, Mona, reincarnated every 22 years and killed by pirates on Halloween. With the help of his band Rockula, he sets out to win Mona's affections and ultimately breaks the curse, allowing him and Mona to be together happily.
