Pamfir

The film "Pamfir" follows the story of Pamfir, played by Oleksandr Yatsentiuk, a former smuggler who returns to his native village in western Ukraine after working abroad for several years. Determined to earn an honest living and set a good example for his teenage son Nazar, played by Stanislav Potiak, Pamfir's plans are thwarted when Nazar sets fire to the local church. To make up for the damage, Pamfir must reconnect with his troubled past and return to crime, becoming embroiled in a smuggling venture led by Orest "Morda" Ivanovych, played by Oleksandr Yarema.
