The Blackening

A group of friends, planning a reunion at a remote cabin over Juneteenth, find themselves trapped in a deadly game devised by a killer who has a vendetta against black people. The board game, "The Blackening," requires them to pit their wits and knowledge of horror movies against the murderer to survive. With a twisted mix of slasher tropes and social commentary on stereotypes and racism, this horror spoof is both uncomfortable and whip-smart fun.
