In a world where mobile phones have become a threat to bird life, a vengeful avian human, Pakshi Rajan, seeks to wreak havoc on humanity for their role in the destruction of his feathered friends. The only thing standing in his way is Chitti 2.0, an upgraded version of the humanoid robot created by Dr. Vaseegaran. As the conflict between these two forces escalates, it becomes clear that Pakshi's wrath is fueled by a personal tragedy: the loss of his life and the death of countless birds due to cellphone radiation, and Chitti must find a way to stop him before it's too late.
