In a desolate corner of northern China, a stranger brings an unusual commodity to town: magical soap with a steep price tag – its scent is free for all, but your soul's worth it. Amidst this bizarre setup, two unenthusiastic cops struggle to crack a seemingly simple case, while a mysterious monk may be hiding more than just his true nature under a tin-gray sky. Geng Jun's 2016 Hong Kong comedy brings an offbeat blend of humor and intrigue to the table, resulting in a delightful treat for viewers willing to indulge its eccentric charm.
