In this action-comedy remake of the Italian film Quo vado?, Jérôme Commandeur stars as Vincent Peltier, a civil servant who's pushed out of his comfortable job due to government reforms. He's transferred multiple times, including to the North Pole, where he meets Eva (Lætitia Dosch) and finds love. As Vincent navigates these twists, he refuses to give up his status quo, even when faced with the tenacity of his boss, Isabelle Bailliencourt (Pascale Arbillot).
