After a car accident, Santiago suffers cracked ribs and a broken arm, ruling him out of the tournament. Meanwhile, Liam scores an equalizer against Sweden, helping England qualify for the knockout stages. Tragedy strikes when Charlie dies from an undiagnosed aneurysm after a collision with another player during the quarter-final match against Portugal.
