Pin

Leon, a man with a mental illness that causes him to believe a plastic medical dummy named Pin is alive, becomes increasingly fixated on Pin after his fixation spirals out of control. His sister Ursula, who initially resists having Pin in their home, must face the devastating consequences of Leon's actions, including causing a fatal heart attack and plotting the murder of an acquaintance she cares about. As Leon's grip on reality falters, Ursula ultimately discovers that her brother has become consumed by his own delusions, and she must confront him with the help of Pin, who takes on a menacing persona in the final scenes.
