The Minus Man

Owen Wilson stars as Vann Siegert, a wandering serial killer who poisons his victims and feels he is helping them die without pain. As he drifts into a new town, he befriends locals, including Janeane Garofalo's Ferrin, and becomes embroiled in the community. Meanwhile, Mercedes Ruehl plays Jane Durwin, whose daughter goes missing, while Sheryl Crow plays Casper, a heroin addict who meets Vann at a bar.
