Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos

The Elric brothers, Edward and Alphonse, are pursued by escaped convict Melvin Voyager, who has mysterious alchemy abilities. They find a newspaper page with a photo of Julia Crichton, an illegal immigrant in Table City, which leads them to investigate further. As they travel to Table City, they encounter wolf chimeras, flying soldiers called the Black Bats, and other dangers. In the Valley, a village inhabited by the Milos people, who are oppressed by Creta's government, the Elrics become entangled in a rebellion led by Julia, a young alchemist who wants to restore her people's freedom.
