The film "Supremacy" tells the true story of Robert Walter Scully Jr., who, along with his companion Brenda Kay Moore, takes an African-American family hostage after fatally shooting a police officer in 1995. Garrett Tully (Joe Anderson), a recently paroled white supremacist, is on the run and holds the family captive until he is apprehended by deputies. The story is recounted from the perspective of Sonny Walker (Danny Glover), the patriarch of the African-American family taken hostage, who tries to understand Tully's motivations while trying to protect his loved ones.
