Full Time follows Julie Roy (Laure Calamy), a single mother working as head maid at a luxury hotel in Paris, whose demanding job and struggles to make ends meet are disrupted by an ongoing transport strike. As she juggles her responsibilities, including caring for her children and searching for better job opportunities, Julie's physical and emotional well-being begins to deteriorate.
