The Dacians

The film "The Dacians" (1966) is set in ancient Dacia and follows the story of King Decebalus' son Cotyso, who is sacrificed to the god Zamolxis. Meanwhile, a young Roman named Septimius Severus is ordered by Emperor Domitian to lead an attack on Dacia. As Severus navigates the complexities of his loyalty to Rome and his growing feelings for Decebalus' daughter Meda, he must confront the harsh realities of war and the struggle between two cultures.
