Basket Case

Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) travels to New York City with a mysterious wicker basket containing his deformed conjoined twin brother Belial, who seeks vengeance on the doctors who separated them against their will. Duane befriends Sharon, Dr. Needleman's assistant, and Belial eventually kills several people, including Sharon and Dr. Kutter, in a series of violent incidents. Along the way, Belial reveals himself to Casey, a sex worker, and eventually attacks Duane as well, leading to a tragic confrontation that exposes his existence to the public.
