In this adventure drama, Italian explorer Marco Polo embarks on a journey into the Chinese empire, rescuing the daughter of the Mongol leader Kublai Khan and encountering a hermit who has invented gunpowder. As he navigates the intricate web of politics and intrigue, Polo also finds himself drawn to the dazzling Princess Amurroy, whose fate is inextricably linked to his own. A tale of Eastern mischief, Western ingenuity, and ancient rivalries, Marco Polo delivers an engaging narrative with plenty of excitement and romance.
