Three years after the events of the first film, Michele Silenzi's adoptive mother Giovanna dies in a car accident and Michele's love interest Stella remembers nothing of what happened in the submarine and gets engaged to Brando. A new girl, Natasha, with pyrokinesis abilities joins Michele's class, and he discovers she is his long-lost sister and their mother, Yelena. As Yelena needs blood transfusions from Michele and Natasha to reinforce her powers, they embark on a mission to kidnap Russian oligarch Igor Zavarov, who exploits Specials.
