"Eastern Business" follows Ion Sapdaru as Petro and Constantin Pușcașu as Marian, two Moldavian friends on a journey to achieve their dreams by starting various business ventures and earning enough money. The film is a comedy-drama that explores the absurdity of life, with Petru Voinea's (not Daniel Busuioc) direction making the most of Ion Sapdaru and Constantin Pușcașu's performances as two unlikely entrepreneurs.
