In this gritty and energetic film, Daddy Yankee stars as Edgar Dinero, a young Puerto Rican man from the streets who finds himself torn between his life of crime and a romance with an uptown girl, Soribel. As he navigates the treacherous world of gang politics and corruption, Edgar must also confront his own passion for music, which ultimately leads him to find his true voice. With its pulsating soundtrack and vivid depiction of street life in Puerto Rico, "Talento de barrio" is a dynamic and unflinching portrayal of life in the margins.
