Belle ma povere

Romolo (Maurizio Arena) and Salvatore (Renato Salvatori), two Roman friends, face complications when their old flame Giovanna (Marisa Allasio) reappears. As both couples prepare for marriage, Romolo becomes committed to a radio engineering course, while Salvatore abandons it, fearing he's not suitable for his sister Marisa's partner, the charming young man she meets at work. The situation escalates when Salvatore tries to steal from Giovanna's boyfriend to win back her affection, but ultimately, all misunderstandings are resolved as Romulus and Annamaria, and Salvatore and Marisa find inner wealth and true love in the end.
