Black Mama White Mama

In a gritty, tropical prison film, Pam Grier and Margaret Markov play two women with contrasting backgrounds who find themselves chained together on an ill-fated journey across a Latin American country. Lee Daniels, a revolutionary, and Karen Brent, a former harem girl turned prostitute, engage in a cat-and-mouse game with their captors and each other, igniting a bloody shootout between rival gangs and revolutionaries. As they struggle to survive, they must confront their own differences and ultimately form an unlikely bond.
