"Please Hold the Line" is a documentary that explores communication through the experiences of cable technicians in four countries (Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova). The film follows these technicians as they visit their customers, each providing a unique glimpse into an individual's universe. Despite various tools for communication, humans continue to struggle with ordered discordance of personalities and perspectives.
