River of Grass

Cozy (Lisa Bowman), a dissatisfied housewife in her thirties, meets Lee Ray Harold (Larry Fessenden) at a bar. A drink turns into a home break-in, and a gunshot sends them on the run together, thinking they've committed murder. They attempt to flee South Florida after getting involved in a shooting incident, inspired by Terrence Malick's Badlands. The film follows their journey as they try to leave their unsatisfying lives behind, but are frustrated by their lack of resources.
