The Yellow Handkerchief

In post-Katrina Louisiana, a road trip transforms three strangers who were originally brought together by their respective feelings of loneliness. A 15-year-old girl (Kristen Stewart), a geeky teen (Eddie Redmayne) seeking acceptance, and an ex-convict (William Hurt) with a past he can't escape join forces to reach his long-lost love in south Louisiana. Along the way, they reflect on their personal misfit status while discovering acceptance in themselves and each other.
