In a post-apocalyptic future, the last two men on earth, childhood friends Billy and Ray, must adapt and evolve to save humanity from extinction. As they navigate their new reality within a dome that protects them from the outside environment, Billy struggles with his own identity as he undergoes a surprising transformation: he begins to menstruate, sparking an emotional journey of self-discovery and intimacy. With the help of science and each other, Ray and Billy face their fears, confront their pasts, and hold onto hope for a future beyond their isolated existence.
