Alien Nation

In 1988, a spaceship bearing 300,000 enslaved aliens known as "Newcomers" lands in the Mojave Desert, marking the beginning of an unprecedented era in human history as these extraterrestrial beings slowly integrate into society after years of quarantine. The film follows the unlikely partnership between Detective Matthew Sykes and his Newcomer detective partner Sam Francisco as they probe a complex web of crime and corruption that threatens to upend the fragile relationship between humans and Newcomers. As they navigate this treacherous landscape, Sykes and Francisco must confront their own biases and prejudices in order to uncover the truth behind a sinister plot to exploit the Newcomers for personal gain.
