Scooby-Doo and the Monster of Mexico

In this 2003 animated adventure film, the Mystery Inc. gang is invited to Veracruz, Mexico by a friend of Fred's, Alejo Otero, where they encounter El Chupacabra, a legendary monster terrorizing the town. Joining forces with the Otero family, the gang uncovers a complex web of clues and misdirection as they search for the truth behind the monster's attacks. In the end, it's revealed that the mastermind behind the chaos is none other than theme park owner Mr. Smiley, who orchestrated the whole scheme to build a new park, exposing his sinister plan just in time for the Day of the Dead celebrations.
