In this 1994 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film, two slackers competing for the affections of an heiress inadvertently become her protectors from an evil criminal. The two gold diggers attempt to woo the heiress to gain access to her father's wealth, only to discover she has exchanged identities with her secretary. As they navigate a complex web of mistaken identities and rivalries, Amar and Prem find themselves falling for the wrong people - but also unexpectedly finding love in each other, amidst a thrilling climax that rehashes an earlier 1972 film.
