Tamasha

In a non-linear narrative that spans three stages of life, "Tamasha" tells the story of Ved Vardhan Sahni, played by Ranbir Kapoor, as he navigates love, identity, and self-discovery. Born into a mundane routine, Ved finds solace in storytelling, drawing inspiration from a charismatic roadside storyteller who ignites his passion for performance. Years later, he meets Tara, played by Deepika Padukone, on holiday in Corsica, and they embark on a whirlwind romance that takes them to different stages of life, forcing Ved to confront the consequences of societal expectations and his own desires. As their paths eventually diverge, Ved returns to his roots, rediscovering himself through the art of storytelling, before reuniting with Tara in a joyful dance of pretend characters and real love.
