In 1980s India, a young soldier named Vikram Singh is appointed by Indian intelligence agency R&AW to head covert operations in Northern Sri Lanka shortly after Indian peace-keeping force was forced to withdraw from the island. He meets a passionate journalist, Jaya Sahni, and together they embark on a perilous mission to take down a resolute rebel group, led by Liberation Tamil Front leader Anna Bhaskaran, who refuses to accept an Indian peace accord with the Sri Lankan government. As Vikram navigates the treacherous landscape of war-torn Sri Lanka, he uncovers a web of deceit and betrayal that threatens the very fabric of his country's foreign policy.
