Marcos (Quim Gutiérrez), after a brutal breakup with his longtime girlfriend Ana (Alba Ribas) that ends an eight-year-old relationship, faces a series of nightmares and loses his job on the same day. Desperate to reinvent himself, Marcos teams up with his childhood friend and an Argentinian YouTube guru to navigate the basics of being a modern man.
