Rebecca De Mornay as Ellie DeWitt and Mary Gross as Janis Zuckerman are two women who enroll in the FBI Training Academy to become agents. They face physical and academic challenges, but ultimately team up to help each other succeed. With the support of their instructor Howard Butz (Larry Cedar), they graduate with honors and are assigned as partners at the Los Angeles office.
