In a scathing critique of middle-class India's priorities, "Khosla Ka Ghosla" follows Kamal Khosla, a peaceful retiree whose plan for a tranquil life is derailed when his land is seized by ruthless builder Kishan Khurana. As Khosla and his family hatch a clever scheme to reclaim their land, they expose the dark underbelly of Delhi's real estate market, where corruption and greed reign supreme. With its sharp script and biting social commentary, this 2006 comedy-drama directed by Dibakar Banerjee is a powerful indictment of India's class struggles.
